Whatever you want to call it! It's finally here. Saterbros Garden Grove site the very first site on the West Coast to Pilot this new fancy concept. Within hours, customers began commenting and enjoying all the ARCO TV brings to the pump. Outside POP is almost a NO MORE. All monthly promotions are now advertised on screen. Other media playing on screen is Weather Reports, Celebrity News, and Daily tips regarding travel, vehicle maintenance and fuel economy.

EMPLOYMENT

Management and Assistant Management Positions Available
AMPM stores offer a wide range of products and services including convenience/grocery items, gasoline, car wash and quick-service food operations. AMPM Store Managers are fully accountable for the successful operation of one or more of our retail sites. Our retail sites are open 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

This position is responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets

  • Controlling inventories and expenses

  • Providing a clean and safe environment for employees and customers

  • Managing a team of Customer Service Representatives and one Assistant Manager

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service


    • Qualification Summary:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience

  • Experience with financial reports and profit-and-loss accountability

  • Superior communication skills

  • Recruitment and training experience

  • Managerial experience

  • Leadership potential

  • Inventory control experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required, or a minimum of 2 years of management experience in retailing, convenience or fast food industries

  • Valid driver's license and car
